Il laboratorio IRIS (Infra Red for Interdisciplinary Studies) è dedicato alle applicazioni della spettroscopia, microspettroscopia e imaging nel medio e vicino infrarosso per studi interdisciplinari negli ambiti delle biotecnologie e dei beni culturali, compreso l'uso di tecniche di analisi statistica multivariata dei dati spettrali. Il laboratorio è dotato di uno spettrometro Vertex 70 della Bruker accoppiato a un microscopio Hyperion 3000 con rivelatori singoli e con un rivelatore MCT Focal Plane di 64x64 pixel. | |
