Curriculum

The main research topics of Damiano Carra are:
  • BigData systems: design, analysis and evaluation of large scale data processing systems;
  • Distributed Systemsi:anaysis of the Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), with a focus on cache management policies.
His work has been published on international journals related to network and distributed systems (IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Transaction on Computers, IEEE Transaction on Cloud Computing), and international conferences, such as IEEE Infocom, IEEE Cloud, IEEE BigData.
