This is a short introductive course (9 hours) in game theory. A particular emphasis on models in decision science will be given. After having provided the basic concepts of game, strategy and equilibrium (3 hours), the course will focus on differential games (in particular pursuit-evasion games), with links to optimal control theory, and to the characterization of the value of the game as solution of Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs equation (4 hours). In the last part (2 hours), a brief genearalization to the case of infinite players (mean field game) will be provided.

The timetable of the course is detailed as follows:

Mon / Lun 03/03/2025 10:30-12:30 Lecture hall: M,
