The mini-course is part of the lecture "Fundamental Algorithms in Bioinformatics" (CdS Medical Bioinformatics), but can be followed independently by anyone who is interested (master students of computer science and engineering, advanced bachelor students of computer science or bioinformatics, PhD students, lecturers).
