KPP-equations are reaction-diffusion equations describing dynamics of fronts, and are effective mathematical models to study the motility of gliomas in brain. We give a presentation of some theoretical properties, as survival time. We describe the construction of  numerical methods used to solve the model, then we comment some numerical results about tumour invasion in brain. Finally treatment scenarios are taken into account, and theoretical as well numerical results are presented
