The project aims to study and implement advanced artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for the automation of repetitive and manual activities within management tools supporting HR (Human Resources) processes. The goal is to improve operational efficiency, freeing up resources for higher value-added activities. In particular, the target activities that are intended to be automated are for example: the creation of a course, the management of course registrations, the registration of attendance, the insertion of training certificates. Through the application of AI techniques, it will be possible to automatically extract the required information by taking it from both pure digital textual sources (for example Excel or CSV files) and from other types of digital sources (for example images or digital scans). The extracted data will be automatically loaded into structured databases.
