The work consists in the preparation of photovoltaic cells in the laboratory based on Cu2 (Sn, Zn) S4 through the manufacture of chemical precursors and the drafting of the material for ink-jet printer. The photovoltaic system is completed with the laying of the contact and buffer layers (part n of the junction) by implementing pyrolysis spray techniques.
