Curriculum

Federica Paci ha conseguito nel 2004 la laurea con lode in Informatica presso l'Università degli Studi di Milano. Nel 2008 ha conseguito un PhD in Information Technology presso  l'Università degli Studi di Milano. Da febbraio 2008 ad marzo 2009 è stata Research Fellow presso il Computer Science Department della Purdue University (USA). Da marzo 2009 a gennaio 2015 e' stata Research Fellow presso il Dipartimento di Ingegneria e Scienza dell'Informazione dell'Universita' di Trento.  Da febbraio 2015 è stata lecturer in Cyber Security presso the Electronics and Computer Science Department dell'Universita' di Southampton (Regno Unito).  Infine, da inizio 2019 è professore associato in Informatica presso il Dipartimento di Informatica dell'Università degli Studi di Verona.
L'attività di ricerca di Federica Paci e' focalizzata sulla sicurezza e  privacy dei dati.  In particolare, si e' occupata di realizzare tecnologie per la protezione dei dati quando tali dati sono condivisi utilizzando reti sociali, servizi cloud, e applicazioni IoT. Piu' recentemente si è anche occupata di analizzare i rischi introdotti da utenti nell' utilizzare  tecnologie per garantire la privacy e sicurezza dei dati. Federica Paci ha pubblicato oltre 60 pubblicazioni in riviste e convegni internazionali nell'area privacy e sicurezza dei dati.
