This research agreement has as its main goal the full implementation (study, devilment, and testing)
of a prototype that integrates well-known machine learning methodologies (e.g., collaborative filtering, pro- cess mining, temporal association rules mining, and so on)
for predicting the behaviour of customers from logs representing their interactions with the CRM software VTENext (https://www.vtenext.com).
