Title: Marine Bacteriophage Dynamics and Evolution Models

Abstract: Bacteriophage are viruses that infect and replicate within
bacteria. Firstly, a study of dynamics of marine bacteriophage will be
done, then a marine bacteriophage model evolution will be developed. The
viral evolution model is a complex mathematical. It includes multiple time
scales which differ by several orders of magnitude: the life-span of the
virus has a difference in the order of magnitude with the life-span of a
susceptible bacterium, while mutation rates are usually very small.
