The goal of the research project is the development of novel prototypes of interactive VR/AR systems, also evaluating different hardware and software configurations to build this kind of application.
In particular, augmented reality interaction methods based on different types of headsets and different tracking and gesture capture system will be tested, and some example gestural interaction demo will be demonstrated. Research efforts will be performed towards the development of proprietary gestural interaction algorithms.
