Le reazioni avverse da farmaci (ADR) sono l'aspetto meno indagato dei farmaci. Le sperimentazioni cliniche effettuate prima della commercializzazione dei farmaci forniscono informazioni sufficienti riguardo l'efficacia ma sono ogettivamente carenti per quanto attiene la sicurezza. Da questo punto di vista ormai da molti anni si è consolidato il concetto che i farmaci devono essere sorvegliati anche dopo la loro commercializzazione in modo da identificare, possibilmente in maniera precoce, nuove e gravi ADR. Il presente progetto ha lo scopo di analizzare il database dell'AIFA contenete le segnalazioni di ADR per ottenere informazioni utili alla comunità scientifica e in particolare ai prescrittori.
