Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics

Students may choose between an economics-financial curriculum and a modellistic-computational one. In any case, the course is characterized by the emphasis in the modellistic and numerical-algorithmic preparation. Students can then naturally have access to the Master's Degree in Mathematics, offered by the Department of Computer Science and the Master's Degree in Banking and Finance (curriculum Quantitative Finance), offered by the Department of Economics. There is a wide choice of stage proposals, both within University of Verona research teams and at external facilities. The Bachelors in Applied Mathematics can be employed in banking and financial institutions, insurance companies and research departments of companies and industries.
