The course (16 hours) will be held by Trilce Encarnación. This is an online class with synchronous meetings via zoom, complemented with asynchronous assignments exploring the use of analytics in supply chain management. Emphasis is placed on problem definition, construction of models, analysis of data, and interpretation of results.

Abstract. This course covers business analytics for supply chain management applications. As our economy rapidly changes and work environments evolve, analytics plays an increasingly central role in quantifying multiple dimensions of supply chain management problems. Students that complete this course are equipped to harness data insights to think critically and lead supply chain operations through uncertainty.
